This grant provided initial funding for a school-wide teen leadership program at Brookfield High School. This program helps teachers implement strategies to develop teen leaders in their classrooms daily. “You can’t capture a kid’s mind until you have their heart” is the philosophy driving this program. By helping to develop self esteem and leadership skills, we are supporting the love of learning in our teens.
