A major grant is bringing in local teen groups to set up interactive displays and host conversations open to the public around a variety of topics relevant to the community.  The grant is funding training for the student participants and interactive end panels on the bookshelves that will create an ongoing information rich environment for the programs.  Student groups will receive facilitator training and will develop book displays, informational panels and interactive elements that will be on display in the library for a month at a time, to allow for the community to participate.  The goal will be to promote productive civic conversations.
