The BEF funded a new STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Art and Math) program for school age children at the Greenknoll YMCA. The LEGO Mindstorms program is a hands-on program that engages children by providing the resources to design, build and program their creation.  This will help children develop critical thinking skills and learn how to work as a team by working in groups to help to develop communication skills.
